10 easy ways to improve your health today!

Being healthy doesn’t mean a complete change of lifestyle. With these simple tips, you can start to live a healthier life today, with almost no effort.

1. Drink more water
The human body is made up of is 90 percent water, so remember to keep hydrated. Many physical discomforts, such as joint pain and headaches, are often due to drinking too little water.

2. Go for a walk
Walking is an easy way to exercise and keep your heart healthy.

3. Shut off
Taking time off to clear your thoughts will help you relax and achieve balance. You need to shut off completely, though – turn your cellphone, laptop, and tablet OFF.

4. Stop procrastinating
Letting things pileup can lead to unnecessary worry and stress. Stay on top of work, errands and responsibilities by getting them done as soon as possible.

5. Be grateful
